Bailey Liberty

This is the card I made for the below challenges. I used the "Bailey Liberty" - digital image by Hambo Stamps. For the Hambo Hoedown Challenge this week, they asked us to use any technique from the Splitcoaststampers Resources Page. I selected the Bargello Technique (a technique borrowed from needlepoint to create an interesting background with thin strips of paper).
